Mosfellsbær is requesting bids for: “Framework Agreement for Earthmoving”.
The objective of the tender is to purchase a variety of earthmoving contractor services from Mosfellsbær’s utility company, Mosveitur, at an affordable price and with fulfilled requirements for the quality of the service.
Contracts will run until 31.12.2026 with the possibility of an extension for two years, one year at a time. Deviating bids will not be permitted.
Tender documents will be delivered by email via mos@mos.is from 04. April 2025. All communications must be marked “MOS 202403698 Rammasamningur um jarðvinnu“.
Bids together with the requested documents must be submitted electronically by email to the email address mos@mos.is. The bidder will receive a confirmation email when he has submitted a bid. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the bid is received on time and bidders are encouraged to start work on submitting them in a timely manner.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 10:00 on Monday, May 12, 2025.
The opening of tenders will take place electronically. Tenders will be opened on Monday, May 12 at 13:00 at the Mosfellsbær Municipal Office, Þverholt 2, 2nd floor. Minutes will be sent to tenderers after the opening.
