Tender: Borgarlína – Framework Agreement for Borgarlína Stations -Tender
Betri samgöngur is inviting tenders for the establishment of a framework agreement with a single supplier for the production and delivery of station equipment for Borgarlína, a high-quality public transport system in the Capital Region of Iceland.
The scope
The scope of the project includes the production and delivery to Iceland of station shelters, technical cabinets, pylons/signage columns, benches, waste bins, digital information displays and related components, as further described in the tender documents.
The framework agreement includes both a committed scope and an optional scope for additional stations in later phases of the project.
First station to be installed in Reykjavík
The tender does not include the construction of platforms, foundations, utility systems or other civil engineering and infrastructure works, except for the supplier’s obligation to install one initial station in Reykjavík for approval purposes and to provide assembly and installation instructions for subsequent station installations.
