Bjarg Housing Association will build 16 rental apartments at Langamóa 1-3 in the Móahverfi district of Akureyri.
Construction will began in April and the apartments are expected to be ready on two different dates, July 2026 and November 2026. Applications for the rental apartments will be opened in October this year.
The main contractor is BF byggingar ehf.
The apartments are in two two-story buildings, in addition to a shared bicycle and stroller storage area. There are 2- to 4-room apartments. Pets are allowed in some of the apartments.
